Trinity Turbine Technology, LP has obtained the key capabilities necessary to complete the repair and coating process “under one roof”. We have over 40 booths for welding in operation. By capturing these capabilities in house, we have streamlined the process and eliminated the need for many sub contractors. Capturing these capabilities in house enables us to maintain a higher level of quality control by more closely controlling our processes. We can also be more responsive and reliable with our deliveries because we are not relying on subcontractors to meet our commitments for us. Inspection

At Trinity Turbine Technology, LP we believe that component testing is the most crucial element of the repair and coating process. In order to ensure that the repaired components will fit and function as designed, meticulous attention to detail must be utilized to verify that the components meet all specified requirements. To support this, we have developed comprehensive in house component testing procedures including penetrant, eddy current, ultrasonic and flowtesting. In addition we have an extensive list of highly accurate fixtures and gages to ensure that the repaired components will not only fit properly in your machine, but also perform as they were designed.

Coating

Trinity Turbine Technology is pleased to offer in house coating services, as we are one of the few in the industry who is able to. Capturing this ability in house allows for close monitoring of our processes resulting in higher levels of quality as the parts never leave our facility. This also aids in responsiveness, reliability and faster turn around time since no one is waiting on a subcontractor to meet commitments or quality expectations.
